Boschendal Brut NV
Appealing delicate citrus and notes of tropical fruit. Maturation on the lees provides a well-rounded creamy mouthfeel with detectable minerality, good balance and a seamless finish. Pale gold with a flourish of delicate bubbles. Enticing lemon cream and almond Biscotti precedes a soft explosion of zesty lemon and orange peel.

Graham Beck Brut Rosé NV
Pale silver-pink. Aromas of raspberries, cherries and a few secondary whiffs of minerality. A lively mousse but fine in the mouth, with subtle red berry flavours enlivened by bright acidity.

SAUVIGNON BLANC

Porcupine Ridge
Fresh and intense aromas of granadilla, pineapple, ripe fig, melon and citrus aromas lead through to a palate of tropical fruit and pure, gooseberry and greengage flavours with vibrant, yet balanced, acidity. The wine is refreshing, crisp, focused and it lingers with a lemony aftertaste and hints of angelica, nettles and green figs.
